Champagne Salad image

This salad is so refreshing and a big hit at functions. With this salad you can use fresh or frozen fruit, I prefer fresh but use frozen when out of season. Just about any of your favorite fruit will work fine. This is a recipe that you can let your imagination run wild.

Number Of Ingredients 7

8 oz cream cheese
3/4 c sugar
8 oz fresh or frozen fruit (berries)
1 lrg can(s) crushed pineapple, drained
2 bananas, diced
1 c walnuts, chopped
8 oz cool whip, whipped topping

Steps:

  • 1. Cream together cream cheese and sugar.
  • 2. Add pineapple, bananas, walnuts and cool whip.
  • 3. Fold in berries.
  • 4. Pour into mold of choice on cookie sheet. Place in freezer for at least 8 hours. Thaw for 30 minutes before serving.
  • 5. ENJOY!
