This is modified version of the other pide recipe in my favourites. It does not include yeast so it is faster and easy to make. it is not authentically "turkish" as i am not turkish and so I made it according what ingrediants are available to me.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my cheese pide turned out really dry. Maybe I didn't add enough water to the dough?

I thought this cheese pide was just okay. The dough was a little dry, and the filling was a bit bland. I wouldn't make it again.

This cheese pide was a little more work than I expected, but it was worth it. The dough was a bit tricky to work with, but the end result was delicious.

I love the flavor of this cheese pide. The kashar cheese gives it a unique tang that I really enjoy. I also like that the pide is not too heavy, so it's a great option for a light meal.
