Steps:
- 1. Bake chicken if needed and cut up. Boil noodles as directed on package, drain.
- 2. Mix in a large bowl the chicken, noodles, soup and milk and onion if using.
- 3. Put in greased casserole dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
