You may use your own favorite pizza crust recipe for this in place of the refrigerated dough, alfredo sauce may be used instead of the Ranch dressing, and all amounts may be adjusted to taste.

I made this pizza with a few modifications. I used a whole wheat crust and added some chopped red onion to the toppings. It turned out great!

The pizza was good, but the crust was a bit too thick for my taste. I would have preferred a thinner crust.

I found this recipe to be a bit bland. The chicken was not very flavorful and the ranch dressing was not tangy enough. I would not recommend this recipe.
