I had trouble getting the egg roll wrappers to seal properly. They kept coming apart when I fried them.

The only thing I would change about this recipe is to use a little less salt. I found the chili to be a bit too salty for my taste.

I love that these egg rolls can be made with different fillings. I've tried them with pulled pork and barbecue sauce, and they were also delicious.

I used ground turkey in my chili and it turned out great. I also added some diced green peppers and onions.

The combination of chili and cheese is perfect. The egg roll wrapper gives it a nice crispy crunch.
