Chilli Lime and Garlic Marinade image

Simply toss with your meat/fish/tofu for 20 mins or longer if you can. Will keep for 3 days in the fridge.

2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon chili paste
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
lime, juice and zest of

Steps:

  • Mix ingredients together in a dish.
  • Rub over meat/fish/tofu and leave to marinade.
