I really like these.

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 eggs
1 c sugar
1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 c chopped pecans
8-oz. pkg pitted dates, cut in small pieces
powdered sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Cream together egg and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and mix well Spread in greased 8-inch square pan. Bake in preheated 350 degrees oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. While still very warm remove spoonfuls from pan. Roll in 1-inch balls. Then roll in powdered sugar. Store covered container in refrig. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
