1 -1 1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup milk (I use skim)
1 banana
2 -4 tablespoons cocoa powder (i.e. Ovaltine)

Steps:

  • Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until thick like a malt or shake.
  • Drink and enjoy!
