CHOCOLATE PIXIES
Steps:
- Melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Cream eggs, sugar and add cooled chocolate/butter mixture. Add baking powder, salt, flour and nuts. Mix well. Chill. Roll into small balls (1") then roll in confectioners' sugar before baking. Leave space between balls on cookie sheet as they will flatten as they bake. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
