CHOCOLATE SODA CAKE
Vegan. Two ingredients. Low fat. Can you get any better? If you want a vanilla cake or any other cake that's light in colour, do the same thing but use a lemon lime soda or clear birch beer. I suppose you could get creative with this, using cherry, orange, or any other flavoured soda, but this I'll leave that up to you:)

Steps:
- Mix dry cake mix with soda. Don't pay any attention to adding oil, egg, etc.
- Pour into floured cake pans, Bundt pan, muffin tins, etc.
- Bake according to directions on box.
