- Pre-heat oven 375 deg F In a large bowl, combine first five ingredients. Add beef; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 1-in. balls. Bake meatballs for 45-55 mins. In a large port, mix sauce ingredients, heat to low boil 3-4 minutes, stirring while heating. Gently stir in meatballs. Lower heat, and hold to serve.
