Steps:
- 1. Mix sugar, pumpkin, water, oil, and eggs well.
- 2. Mix all other ingredients (except apples and walnuts) together and add to sugar mixture.
- 3. Fold in apples and walnuts.
- 4. Spray 9x5x3 pan with non-stick spray and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours or until test done. Really Good
