2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 eggs, separated
1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 3/4 cups buttermilk
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons maple-flavored syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup powdered sugar

Steps:

  • Heat waffle maker. In large bowl, stir together flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon; set aside.

I thought these waffles were just okay. The cinnamon sugar topping was good, but the waffles themselves were a bit dry.
