CLAM CASSEROLE image

Number Of Ingredients 8

4 cans minced (or chopped) clams - drain and save juice
4 tsp. lemon juice
1 small onion
1 stick butter
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. - 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce (to your taste)
oregano and garlic powder to taste
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Fry onion in butter. Mix ingredients (except for drained juice) together. Add juice at end to moisten. Layer mixture with cheese. End with cheese. Sprinkle top with paprika. Bathe 350 1/2 hr.
