Cocoa Banana Smoothie (fat Free) image

This is a wonderful chocolatey tasting smoothie from "Hey Mom! I'm Hungry!" by Susan Powter. It makes a thin smoothie but we like it this way as dessert. Yum.

2 tablespoons Dutch-processed cocoa powder
7 ounces fat-free sweetened condensed milk
2 cups skim milk
2 frozen bananas, peeled

Steps:

  • Put all ingredients in a blender and mix.
  • Serve immediately.
