Coconut Avocado Smoothie image

I love to make this smoothie and then put it in an air-tight container in the freezer. I can scoop out a little and it really helps to satisfy my craving for ice cream.

1 Hass avocado, diced
½ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
½ cup whole milk
¼ cup cream of coconut
8 ice cubes

Steps:
