I made this bread with gluten-free flour and it turned out great. It was just as moist and delicious as the regular version.

This bread is a bit denser than some other banana breads, but I actually prefer it that way. It's more filling and it holds up better when you slice it.

I'm not a huge fan of coconut, but I really enjoyed this bread. The coconut flavor is subtle and it doesn't overpower the banana flavor.

This is a great recipe for using up overripe bananas. I always have a bunch of bananas that are about to go bad, so this is a great way to use them up.

I added some chocolate chips to the batter and it turned out amazing. The chocolate chips added a nice gooey texture and sweetness to the bread.
