These blondies are a great way to use up leftover coconut milk. I always have a can or two in my pantry, so it's nice to have a recipe that uses it up.

I'm allergic to nuts, so I omitted the chocolate chips from this recipe. The blondies were still delicious!

I made these blondies gluten-free by using almond flour instead of all-purpose flour. They turned out great!

I followed the recipe exactly and my blondies turned out perfectly. They're so moist and chewy, and the coconut flavor is just right.

These blondies were a bit too sweet for my taste, but they were still good.

I'm not a big fan of coconut, but I loved these blondies. The coconut flavor is very subtle and it pairs perfectly with the chocolate chips.

These coconut blondies are out of this world! The coconut flavor is perfectly balanced with the sweetness of the blondies. They're so chewy and gooey, I can't stop eating them!
