I loved the crispy texture of the roasted peppers and artichokes. The collards were a bit tough, but still tasty.

This dish was a bit bland for my taste. I think it would have been better with some more spices.

I love the combination of flavors in this dish. The roasted peppers and artichokes are a perfect match for the bitter collards.

This was a great way to use up some leftover roasted peppers and artichokes. I added some chopped sun-dried tomatoes and it was even better.

This dish was a little too bitter for my taste. I think I would have preferred it with less collards or maybe some other type of greens.

I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out great! The only thing I would change is to add a little more salt and pepper to taste.

Roasted peppers and artichokes are such a tasty combo, and the collards add a nice touch of bitterness. I loved the addition of the toasted pine nuts, too. Overall, this dish was a hit with my family.
