This is a great recipe for a hearty and filling breakfast. I especially love the crispy hash and the runny yolk from the eggs.

I love that this recipe is so versatile. I've added different vegetables to the hash, such as bell peppers, onions, and spinach. I've also used different types of cheese in the egg cups, such as cheddar, mozzarella, and feta.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover corned beef. It's also a great dish to make for a crowd because it's easy to double or triple the recipe.

I've tried this recipe with both canned corned beef and leftover corned beef from a St. Patrick's Day dinner. Both versions were delicious, but I prefer the leftover corned beef because it has a more intense flavor.

Not a fan of corned beef, but the egg cups were great!

This recipe was a bit bland for my taste. I added some extra seasonings and spices to give it more flavor.

I've made this recipe a few times now and it never disappoints. The corned beef and hash is always tender and flavorful, and the egg cups add a nice touch of protein. Perfect for a quick and easy breakfast or brunch.
