I'm not a big fan of corned beef, but I really enjoyed this hash. The potatoes and onions were cooked perfectly, and the corned beef was tender and flavorful.

This recipe is a great base, but I like to add some of my own personal touches. I usually add some chopped peppers and cheese.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my hash turned out really dry. I think I might have cooked it for too long.

I've tried many corned beef hash recipes, but this one is by far the best. The combination of corned beef, potatoes, and onions is perfect, and the addition of Worcestershire sauce gives it a nice tang.
