These waffles were a lot of work to make and they didn't turn out that great. I wouldn't recommend them.

I had trouble getting the waffles to cook evenly. Some parts were overcooked while others were still raw.

These waffles were easy to make and they turned out great! I used buttermilk instead of regular milk and they were extra fluffy. I will definitely be making these again.

These waffles were delicious! The cornmeal gave them a slightly gritty texture that I really enjoyed. The rye flour added a nice nutty flavor. I served them with butter and syrup and they were perfect.

These waffles were a hit with my family! They were fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside, with a delicious cornmeal flavor. The rye flour added a nice depth of flavor as well. I will definitely be making these again.
