Steps:
- 1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
- 2. mix well all ingredients except Chocolate chips and Raisins
- 3. add Chocolate chips and Raisins, and stir in gently
- 4. form 2 inch balls and poke a hole with a finger, through the middle of the balls and place them on sprayed (cooking oil) cookie sheet.
- 5. sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
- 6. bake at 350 degrees, for about 15 minutes till golden brown
