This cowboy hash was delicious! The potatoes were perfectly crispy, the sausage was flavorful, and the eggs were cooked just the way I like them. I will definitely be making this again.

The cowboy hash was good, but I found it to be a little bland. I think I would have preferred to add some more seasoning, such as garlic powder, onion powder, or paprika.

I'm not a big fan of cowboy hash, but this recipe was actually pretty good. The potatoes were crispy and the sausage was flavorful. I would have liked the eggs to be a little more runny, but that's just my personal preference.
