Crab Salad image

Number Of Ingredients 11

6 ounces Crab meat (canned)
1/4 cup Mayonaise
1 stalk Celery (minced)
1/4 head Onion (minced)
1/2 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1/2 teaspoon Parsley
2 strips Maple Bacon (chopped)
2 tablespoons Lemon zest
1 cup Breadcrumbs (toasted)
1 Serranno pepper (thinly sliced)
1/2 teaspoon Salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Drain the can of crab meat and pour meat into bowl.
  • Combine crab meat. mayonaise, celery, onion, mustard, parsley, and bacon
  • Scoop into individuak servings on small sauce plates or asian spoons.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with a sprinkle of bread crumbs and lemon zest. Top with one thin slice of serranno pepper.

I followed the recipe but my crab salad turned out too salty. I think I'll reduce the amount of salt next time.

This recipe is a keeper! I've made it several times and it's always a crowd-pleaser. I like to add a little bit of chopped celery for extra crunch.
