CRACKED-PEPPER LINGUINE image

Number Of Ingredients 9

8 ounces linguine
1/2 cup White Onion, minced
2 Garlic Clove, minced
1 Tablespoon Butter
8 ounces Nonfat Sour Cream
1 Tablespoon Milk
1 Tablespoon Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
Parmesan Cheese, grated
Fresh Parsley, chopped

Steps:

  • Cook linguine according to package directions. Set aside and keep warm. Saute onion and garlic in butter over medium heat until onion is crisp-tender; set aside. Combine sour cream, milk and pepper in a small bowl; stir well. Combine linguine, onion mixture and sour cream mixture; toss well. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve immediately.
