I was given this recipe years ago when I lived in Colorado. It is a very simple but delicious salad. It always gets lots of compliments and completely disappears at potlucks.

I've made this salad several times now and it's always a favorite. The combination of Craisins, pineapple, celery, and walnuts is perfect. I also like that it's not too mayonnaise-y.
