1/2 cup dried mission figs, chopped
1 (12 ounce) package cranberries
1/2 grapefruit, peeled and chopped
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup port wine
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger, ground
1/8 teaspoon allspice, ground

Steps:

  • In a saucepan over medium heat combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until mixture is thick. Cool completely.
  • Can be covered and refrigerated for up to 5 days.
