Cranberry Pie image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 quart cranberries (chopped)
1/2 cup molasses
1 1/3 cups sugar
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon butter
1 double pie crust

Steps:

  • Mix sugar, salt and cornstarch and add to chopped cranberries and molasses. Pour into pastry-lined pan. Dot with butter and cover with top crust. Bake at 425 degrees for about 35 minutes
