This healthy trail mix was given to me by a friend who used it for a 4H cooking show-- I have loved it ever since. I like that there is no granola in it.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350
- 2. Spread almonds evenly on an ungreased baking sheet.
- 3. Bake 7*10 minutes or until nuts are slightly darker in color. Cool completely in pan.
- 4. Reduce oven temperature to 225*
- 5. In a large bowl, combine almonds, cranberries, & pretzels.
- 6. In a small bowl, beat egg white until foamy. Pour over pretzel mixture. Toss until well coated.
- 7. In another small bowl combine remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over pretzel mixture and toss till well coated.
- 8. Spread evenly on a greased baking sheet. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool completely on pan. Store in an airtight container
