This is one of my favorite lunches when I'm pressed for time. It can easily be adjusted for more than one person. Add curry powder for a kick (I always do!).

[email protected]Meh. It was okay, but I've definitely had better sloppy joes. The sauce was a bit too sweet for my taste, and the meat was a bit dry.

[email protected]Not bad at all! I made a few substitutions based on what I had on hand, and it turned out great. I used ground turkey instead of beef, and added some extra veggies. A keeper!

[email protected]This was absolutely delicious! I was a bit skeptical at first, but I'm so glad I gave it a try. The flavors were amazing, and the sandwich was oh-so-sloppy. I will definitely be making this again.
