Steps:
- Simmer 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil on stovetop at medium-low heat. Add in italien seasoning, pepper and egg. In the mean time, coat one slice of bread with cream cheese and position the cheddar cheese on the other slice. Once egg is cooked, place egg between the bread slices. Add remaining 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil to the pan and grill each side of sandwich until brown. And...voila! Enjoy!
