Steps:
- Combine milk, water, butter, and salt in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring gently.
- Remove from heat. Pour in semolina flour in a steady stream, whisking constantly to prevent lumps.
- Place saucepan back over medium heat. Whisk until porridge comes to a boil, about 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low and cover. Cook until porridge thickens, about 20 minutes.
- Remove saucepan from heat. Stir in sugar.
- Let porridge stand for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.

[email protected]I've never made cream of wheat before, but this recipe made it so easy. The porridge was creamy and smooth, and the semolina gave it a nice texture. I'll definitely be making this again for my kids.

[email protected]This porridge was a bit bland for my taste. I think next time I'll add some cinnamon or nutmeg to give it a little more flavor.

[email protected]I'm not a huge fan of cream of wheat, but this recipe was actually really good. The semolina gave it a nice nutty flavor and the milk and butter made it creamy and smooth. I'll definitely be making this again.
