a very harty supper on a cold night ..or any tine...a favorit of my famileys...quick and so easy ...can also be served over mashed potatoes..

Steps:
- fry meat until done an drain.
- melt butter in same pan add flour to make a paste add milk and stir until smooth.
- heat slowly until thickens stirring often.
- add drained meat,sugar,salt and pepper.
- continue stirring until hot.
- serve over toast.
