Creamy Apple Salad image

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon sugar
3 medium tart apples, peeled and diced

Steps:

  • In a bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form. Add sugar; continue beating until stiff peaks form. Fold in the apples.
