I'm not a fan of chocolate coffee, but I thought I'd give this recipe a try. I was pleasantly surprised! The chocolate flavor is subtle and not overpowering, and the almond extract adds a nice touch. I would definitely make this again.

This coffee is a little too sweet for my taste. I would recommend using less chocolate or sugar, or adding a touch of salt to balance out the sweetness.

I used dark chocolate chips instead of semisweet chocolate chips, and it gave the coffee a richer flavor. I also added a pinch of cinnamon, which I thought complemented the chocolate and almond flavors nicely.

I'm allergic to almonds, so I substituted almond milk for regular milk. The coffee was still delicious, and I didn't miss the almond flavor at all.
