Creamy Herb Dijon Dressing image

This dressing is part of a turkey salad recipe I found in a cookbook published by members of the gym I go to. It's flecked with herbs and has a mild ranch-Dijon flavor. -Tracy Powers, Cedar Springs, Michigan

I'm not a big fan of Dijon mustard, but this dressing was surprisingly good. The herbs and creaminess really mellowed out the mustard flavor.

This dressing is amazing! I used it on a salad with grilled chicken and avocado, and it was the perfect complement to the flavors. The herbs and Dijon mustard give it a really nice tang, and the creaminess makes it super rich and flavorful.
