This is my Aunts recipe... It is a very flavorful dish, and you can cut it with a fork...I serve it with creamy garlic mashed potatoes.. You may think the ingredients are a bit unusual, but believe me they work.. I have made this steak for invited guests, and I am always asked for recipe. It smells wonderful while baking...

Steps:
- 1. In a bowl, blend the spices and flour. Coat each piece of steak with the mixture.
- 2. In a large skillet, heat the oil and butter over medium to medium high heat.
- 3. Brown the steaks on both sides.
- 4. Slowly add the water to the pan, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
- 5. While the steak is simmering; mix the sauce ingredients thoroughly.
- 6. In a greased 2 - 2 1/2 quart baking dish; transfer the steaks. Add about 1/2 cup of the meat juices to the sauce, stir till well blended.
