I'm not a fan of turkey, but I loved this casserole. The turkey was moist and tender, and the potatoes and sauce were delicious. I will definitely be making this again.

I'm a vegetarian, so I substituted tofu for the turkey in this casserole. It turned out great! The tofu was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The potatoes and sauce were also very flavorful.

This casserole was a disaster! The turkey was tough and the potatoes were undercooked. The sauce was also very bland. I would not recommend this recipe.

Overall, this casserole was good, but not great. The turkey was a bit bland and the sauce was a bit too thick. I think I would make some changes to the recipe next time.

The turkey in this casserole was a bit dry, but the potatoes and sauce were delicious. I think I would try using a different type of turkey next time.
