Creme Brulee Pancake image

This pancake has the flavor and texture of a rich creme brulee dessert. Watch it puff up as you cook it before it settles into a rich, thick pancake. Cut it into thick wedges and serve with a sprinkle of powdered sugar and fresh fruit. This is like a cross between a pancake and a souffle. Great company breakfast dish.

These pancakes were okay, but I wouldn't make them again. The pancakes themselves were a bit bland, and the crème brûlée topping was too sweet for my taste.

I'm a big fan of crème brûlée, so I was excited to try these pancakes. I wasn't disappointed! The pancakes were light and fluffy, and the crème brûlée topping was perfectly caramelized. I will definitely be making these again.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my pancakes turned out flat and dense. The crème brûlée topping was good, but the pancakes themselves were a disappointment.

I loved the idea of these pancakes, but I found them to be a bit too time-consuming to make. I would only make them again for a special occasion.

These pancakes were a bit too rich for my taste. I would have preferred a lighter and less sweet topping.

I'm not a fan of crème brûlée, but I loved these pancakes. The pancakes were fluffy and flavorful, and the topping was just the right amount of sweetness.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my pancakes didn't turn out as light and fluffy as I expected. The crème brûlée topping was good, though.
