OK--I love using liquers in cakes. This one intrigued me--and it is very good (I got it from a credit union employee when I worked in Louisiana). I am tempted to try a chocolate glaze the next time I make it, since chocolate and banana seem to go so well together.

This creme de banana cake is the best banana cake I've ever had! It's so moist and flavorful, with a perfect crumb. The cream cheese frosting is also amazing - it's light and fluffy, and it pairs perfectly with the banana cake.
