2 lbs flounder fillets
1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 drops hot pepper sauce

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
  • Place fish in a greased 13" X 9" baking dish.
  • Mix remaining ingredients and spread over fish.
  • Bake 6-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
