Steps:
- 1. Sprinkle chicken pieces with black pepper and garlic powder.
- 2. Combine mustard and mayonnaise - mix thoroughly. Coat the chicken with mustard mixture.
- 3. Combine cracker crumbs and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle cracker crumbs lightly over the chicken.
- 4. Place chicken in one layer in a 12 x16 inch baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Drizzle oil over the chicken and continue to bake until chicken is tender and cooked through.
