CROCK POT BANANAS FOSTER image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup banana liqueur
4 bananas, sliced
1/4 cup dark rum
4 scoops vanilla ice cream

Steps:

  • Melt margarine in slow cooker by turning cooker on Low. It will take about 10 minutes. Mix in brown sugar when butter is melted. Gently stir in fresh bananas, banana liqueur and rum. Cook on Low for 1 hour. Spoon banana mixture over vanilla ice cream and serve.
