I didn't want to just throw them into the crock pot and let them cook. I wanted more flavor and more thickness to my bbq sauce,so I did something different and they turned out great.

Steps:
- 1. Turn on your crockpot and allow it to begin heating up, add your 4 cups of water.
- 2. Heat oil in a frying pan, season your ribs,also add some seasoning to your flour if you like. Dredge your ribs in the flour and lightly brown each rib and place them in the water.
- 3. Pour the bbq sauce on them,making sure each one is covered with sauce. Put the lid on and let them cook for about 4 hours on high, or if you want to cook them slower put them on low for 8 hours.
