Crockpot Corned Beef And Cabbage image

Number Of Ingredients 7

4.5 lb corned beef
2 onions, quartered
1 small cabbage, wedged
1/2 tsp pepper
3 Tbsp vinegar
3 Tbsp sugar
2 c water

Steps:

  • 1. Combine ingredients in removable liner with cabbage on top.
  • 2. Cut meat to fit, if necessary.
  • 3. Place liner in base.
  • 4. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours or high 6-7 hours.
