Crockpot Horseradish Pot Roast image

Super tender roast with great flavor. The stock makes a great gravy.

4 lb chuck roast
salt and pepper
4 oz cream horseradish
1 medium onion chopped
4 clove garlic minced
8 oz mushrooms sliced
1 tsp oregano
2 c beef broth
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • 1. Season the roast with salt and pepper. Spread the cream horseradish over the roast. Place the roast in a large crock pot.
  • 2. Place the onions, mushrooms and garlic around the roast.. Add the beef stock oregano and Worcestershire sauce.
  • 3. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
