Crockpot Orange Honey Chicken image

Number Of Ingredients 9

6 frozen chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1/2 c orange juice
1/2 c chicken broth
1/4 c honey
1 Tbsp dry mustard
1 Tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 c broccoli florets
1 c cauliflower florets
1 c sliced carrots

Steps:

  • 1. Place frozen breasts in crockpot.
  • 2. Mix juice, broth, honey, dry mustard and teryiaki sauce.
  • 3. Pour over chicken in crock.
  • 4. Cook on low for 4 hours.
  • 5. Add vegetables about one hour before serving.
  • 6. Place on TOP of chicken and do not stir.
  • 7. Cook the additional hour and serve over rice.
