This recipe has been around for a very long time. I guess that's because it is very good, a good way to use up that leftover pork, and it's quick and easy to make.

I would love to try this recipe, but I don't have a casserole dish. Can I use a different type of baking dish?

I followed the recipe exactly, but my casserole didn't turn out as good as I had hoped. The pork was a little dry and the sauce was too thick.
