This stew was a bit too spicy for my taste, but it was still very good. I used less curry powder than the recipe called for, and it was still plenty flavorful. The pork was tender and juicy, and the curry sauce was rich and creamy.

I've made this curried pork stew several times now, and it's always a crowd-pleaser. The pork is always tender and flavorful, and the curry sauce is rich and creamy. I usually serve it over rice, but it's also great with mashed potatoes or noodles.

The curried pork stew was flavorful and easy to make. I used boneless pork shoulder, and it turned out tender and juicy. The curry spices were well-balanced, and the stew had a nice kick to it. I served it with naan bread, and it was a delicious meal
